HISTORY
From the late 1980’s to the end of the millennium, commercial real estate ventures were a big part of Golden Eagle Development’s team and their affilliates’ business. Golden Eagle Development teams, before establishing Golden Eagle Development as an independent company, were working under Hadid Development Company in Rosslyn, Virginia and Washington, D.C. and successfully managed the construction of several high-rise commercial buildings constructed in Washington, D.C. and the Northern Virginia regions.
