Golden Eagle Development consists of a number of corporations and partnerships (limited and general) organized for the purpose of investing in the United States. These companies began operation in 1991. The major emphasis of the investments to date have been in real estate, including commercial office properties, hotels, and residential communities.
Golden Eagle Development corporate headquarters are located in Herndon, Virginia, about 20 miles outside of Washington, D.C. Our employees are engaged in investment feasibility analysis, project acquisition, planning and development, financing, and accounting. We also have employees on our various job sites who specialize in development, construction, and sales. Golden Eagle Development maintains full management responsibility for its land development and construction activities.
