Mr. Totonji, President of Golden Eagle Development

As the President of Golden Eagle Development, Mr. Totonji is responsible for the day to day operations of Golden Eagle Development and directly manages Golden Eagle Development’s Executive Management Team.

Mr. Totonji holds a bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and an MBA in Business and Administration from Strayer University near Washington, D.C.

He has vast knowledge in real estate and investment management. His Arabic origin and experience with American business concepts accompanied with fluency in Arabic and English provide him with the skills and background to understand cultural differences and effectively communicate with a broad client base.

Mr. Totonji worked for five years on one of the largest single construction projects in the world, the Diplomatic Quarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He managed the contractors for projects in excess of $500 Million.
Since arriving in the United States in 1988, Mr. Totonji has been directly responsible for the development and construction of significant commercial office projects located in the Washington, D.C. area working at Hadid Development Company. These investments have a total square footage in excess of five million and a total value of over $450 Million.

In 1991, Mr. Totonji established his own company, Golden Eagle Development, specializing in developing residential land and communities and building custom homes. Golden Eagle Development has developed and/or built over 500 homes in 10 communities throughout the Washington area.

Mr. Totonji also directly oversees the trading and home building activities of Golden Eagle Development. He has an extensive network of professional business leaders throughout the world. Mr. Totonji is also very active in community service and politics.
