History

From the late 1980’s to the end of the millennium, commercial real estate ventures were a big part of Elite’s team and their affiliates’ business. Elite teams, before establishing Elite as an independent company, were working under Hadid Development Company in Rosslyn, Virginia and Washington, D.C. and successfully managed the construction of several high-rise commercial buildings constructed in Washington, D.C. and the Northern Virginia regions.

Beauregard Overlook

This community delivered its last home in October 2007. The homes drew young professionals looking for their fi rst real home. Homes ranged in size from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. The community consists of three cul-de-sacs engineered under Elite’s supervision and backing to Tuscarora Creek Park. The Evonshire model pictured to the right represents a typical home sold in this subdivision.

Forest Heights consists of 12 high-end homes on beautiful wooded one acre lots in Herndon, Virginia. Shown here is our Hanover Model home, which has 8,000 finished square feet of living space plus a three car garage. Standard features in this community included 3 sides brick, 10 foot ceilings on the main level and a finished recreation room with full bath.
Roxbury Heights

Roxbury Heights

Roxbury Heights sits atop a bluff overlooking Leesburg, Virginia. The natural beauty of the area contributed to Elite’s decision to conserve several acres for the Audubon Society. Elite built ten high end homes on three to fi ve acre homesites and remodeled the large estate home which was purchased with the land.
Rehaf Custom Home

Rehaf Custom Home

This custom home was an Estate built by Elite for a customer on 400 Acres with a beautiful lake. It took Elite two and a half years to build this home, containing over 15,000 square feet of fi nished fl oor space. The interior showcases over 9,000 square feet of Italian Marble. The one of a kind home is located in Aldie, Virginia.

8500 Leesburg Pike

This office building located in Tysons Corner, Virginia has over 60,000 square feet of space. Mr. Totonji handled the renovation and tenant buildout of this space. He also oversaw the lease processing and management of the building.

1212 New York Ave.

This 170,000 sq. ft. building located on the East end of the Central Business District was completed in 1987. The cost of the land and construction of the building was approximately $24,000,000. The building is currently owned by an affiliated company and is fully leased and has a value in excess of $30,000,000.
1620 L Street

1620 L Street

This 154,000 sq. ft. building with three levels of underground parking is located in Washington’s Central Business District. The property was constructed at a cost of $40,000,000 by the Donohoe Companies under the direct supervision of Mr. Totonji. Upon completion of construction and being fully leased, this building has a value of over $70,000,000.
